Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Sports Medicine, or a related field.
2. Certification as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist from a recognized organization (e.g., NSCA, CSCCa, NASM).
3. Proven experience working as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist, preferably in a sports medicine or athletic performance setting.
4. In-depth knowledge of exercise physiology, biomechanics, and sports nutrition.
5. Strong understanding of various training methodologies and techniques, including resistance training, plyometrics, speed and agility drills, and flexibility exercises.
